Private internal operations tool
Affiliate Media Buy Ops is a private tool used to review affiliate offers, prepare campaign drafts, monitor advertising performance, and reconcile advertising cost with affiliate revenue for accounts owned or directly managed by the operator.
Purpose
The tool imports affiliate offer information, checks whether an offer has usable tracking and destination data, and helps prioritize offers for small-budget testing.
It prepares campaign drafts, landing-page checks, keyword ideas, budget guardrails, and approval notes before any campaign is launched or changed.
It compares Google Ads cost and campaign performance with affiliate conversion and commission data to support ROI review and responsible budget decisions.
Google Ads API
The application reads customer, campaign, ad group, keyword, budget, and related account structure data for Google Ads accounts that the operator owns or manages.
The application reads cost, click, impression, conversion, campaign status, and performance data to evaluate campaign performance and identify issues.
Campaign operations are intended for owned accounts and are gated by manual review, approval checks, budget limits, and destination checks before launch.
Data handling
Google Ads data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with unrelated third parties.
This is not a public SaaS product and does not provide Google Ads account access to external users.
Operational data may be stored locally or in a controlled database for reporting, troubleshooting, audit evidence, and ROI reconciliation.
OAuth access can be revoked from the Google Account permissions page. Stored data can be deleted on request by contacting the operator.
Operator information
The tool is operated by Jay Howe for private affiliate media buying and owned-account advertising operations.
